1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gutly mobile application and related services (the “Service”).
By accessing or using Gutly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
2. Definitions
Application refers to the mobile app “Gutly – 10 Minute Bathroom Habit.”
Company, We, Us, or Our refers to Gutly.
Service*refers to the Application and all related features.
Device means any device used to access the Service.
You refers to the user of the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Gutly.
If you are between 13 and 17, you must use the Service with permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
4. Nature of the Service
Gutly is a habit-building and time-awareness tool designed to help users reduce time spent in the bathroom and minimize distractions.
Gutly:
* does not provide medical advice
* does not diagnose or treat any condition
* is not a substitute for professional advice
Any insights or suggestions provided are general and informational only.
5. Use of the Service
You agree to use Gutly only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
* misuse or interfere with the Service
* attempt to reverse engineer the app
* use the app for unlawful or harmful activities
* attempt to access restricted systems or data
6. User Data
Gutly does not require account creation.
Any data you provide (such as session inputs or onboarding responses) is used only to improve your experience.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Gutly offers paid subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.
* Payments are processed by Apple
* Subscription terms, billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by Apple’s policies
* Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
You are responsible for managing your subscription through your Apple account settings.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of Gutly are owned by the Company.
You may not:
* copy
* modify
* distribute
* sell
* reverse engineer
any part of the Service without permission.
9. Third-Party Services
Gutly may use third-party services (e.g., analytics tools).
We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
11. Disclaimer (“AS IS”)
Gutly is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
* uninterrupted operation
* error-free performance
* specific results from using the app
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Gutly shall not be liable for:
* indirect or incidental damages
* loss of data or profits
* consequences arising from use of the Service
Our total liability will not exceed:
* the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or
* $100 USD
whichever is greater.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
